Resumo

Relata-se neste trabalho, o caso de uma mulher de 35 anos vítima de acidente lonômico. A lagarta pertencia ao gênero Lonomia, família Saturnidae. A vítima foi assistida no Hospital de Emergência e Trauma Dom Luiz Gonzaga Fernandes, e seu caso foi notificado pelo CEATOX-CG. O diagnóstico foi realizado por meio de anamnese, manifestações clínicas e identificação da lagarta. A paciente foi submetida à soroterapia (soro antilonômico – SALon).
