O ENTENDIMENTO DE PAZ NAS RELAÇÕES INTERNACIONAIS E SUAS CRÍTICAS: DA PAZ LIBERAL À PAZ HÍBRIDA

As operações de paz são objetos de diversos debates e críticas no campo de Relações Internacionais. Essas discussões permitem que observamos como o processo de construção de paz é conduzido e racionalizado internacionalmente. O objetivo desse artigo é demonstrar como as mudanças de entendimento de paz se refletem nas operações de paz das Nações Unidas, relacionando-as com as críticas da literatura que abrangem a paz liberal e também da virada local. A metodologia utilizada são as técnicas qualitativas de análise documental de fontes primárias. O artigo está estruturado em três seções. A primeira seção apresenta a operacionalização das operações de paz durante o período da Guerra fFia. A segunda seção discute as mudanças das operações após a Guerra Fria, apresentando o contexto e a lógica internacional que possibilitaram o desenvolvimento da construção da paz e salientando as principais críticas às operações de paz. Por fim, a última sessão insere a crítica da virada local às operações de paz, destacando o conceito do
hibridismo e da paz híbrida.
