POINTS OF INTERSECTION

Abstract

Born in Rio de Janeiro and an Archivology major at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) in 1987. In 2012, the Archival Science brought me to Paraiba to organize the intermediate archive of Empresa de Tecnologia e Informações da Previdência – DATAPREV S.A., but my relationship with Paraiba's Archival community only occurred in 2018, during the VIII Congresso Nacional Congress for Arquivology, promoted by the Archivists Association of Paraíba (AAPB). That's when I first developed an interest in moving to João Pessoa, Brazil's only capital to host two universities offering the Archival Science course. The move in fact happened in 2019, and by the same year I was already a member of the Archival Studies' Group (GEArq). The next year I was elected to the 2020-2022 administration as Archival Policies Coordinator, with the Innovate to Include plate. My participation at AAPB's director board gave me a place in the Nacional Archivology Associations Fórum (FNArq), the Fórum of entities defending Brazilian Cultural Patrimony in Paraíba (FEDPCB-PB), and at the Public Transparency and Corruption Combat Municipal Council (CMTPCC) at João Pessoa. Welcomed by Archival professionals and Archivology professors, I coauthored articles published in Scientific Journals and annals of events.
