Abstract

This work deals with defining the relationship between visual and tactile field and its relationship with the movement of things in an oculomotor orientation. The relationship between visual, tactile and objective space cannot be a causal (spatial) or cognitive (psychological) relationship, but an intentional one. Husserl uses the term kinesthetic sensation to refer to experiences related to the perceptive subject's movements. The axis of this dynamic is integrated in the temporality and movement of the perceptive subject. It can be seen that the perceptive profile only acquires theoretical potential in the face of a corporeal subject capable of meeting things through movement. Thus what is seen and what is touched adjacently combine in the thing to form a continuous surface. To this corresponds the possibility of speaking of two appearances, namely the visual and the tactile. But these two apparitions interpenetrate and coincide in a peculiar way. This interpenetration allows the material of sensation not only to be ordered through its own pre-empirical extension, which would produce no ordering of the visual material with the tactile, but allows the visual to appear to be placed materially between the tactile and the tactile between the visual.
